Vicenç Barber Refuge

Refuge of the FEEC (Federation of Excursionists Entities of Catalonia) of 20 places, currently by Covidi standards in only 10. Nestled in a strategic point of the mountain with an incredible panorama framed between needles. The passage of climbers is frequent, since the same guard of the refuge, in Llorenç, is passionate about climbing and just behind the refuge there are numerous routes.
 
This refuge is currently known for its high quality of food, especially with the rice that it prepares for us; an already typical dish of the establishment that makes many people come exclusively to eat.

It is the most economical pack of our journey, for the more adventurous 🙂 Remember that you will have to carry your material to spend the night in the refuge (jacket, shower equipment, etc ...). Llorenç, the guard of the refuge will warmly welcome you in this special enclave of tranquility and silence. You will have dinner, accommodation and breakfast included in our pack.

If you spend the night here, you can ask for a picnic (optionally) to have a snack during your last stage.

The Abat Oliba hostel is located in the building of the same name built in 1952, but completely renovated in 2018, and seeks a current and adaptable design concept at an affordable price, ideal for the most demanding clients.

Since its construction in 1563, the current hotel building has been used to accommodate pilgrims. The latest renovations modernized the facilities and now the visitor is offered some spaces of quality and modernity.

Optionally you can taste a special tasting dinner in the famous restaurant of the Hotel
